Direct Sales Representative

Isotec Security is in need of a Direct Sales Representative who thrives in a culture based on client protection technical innovation. We design, engineer and manufacture interlocking door entrances and exits that utilize a wide array of technologies for federal, municipal and commercial clients. We are building the premier, sales-driven team in the industry. Responsibilities

  • Use your hunting skills to locate and attract new clients in selected market verticals
  • Use consultative selling skills to qualify, evaluate and cultivate opportunities produced by company generated prospective buyers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance criteria

Qualifications

  • Must have a competitive drive and nature. We only want those that want to be the best.
  • The ideal candidate will enjoy helping people.
  • You must have prior success selling products and/or services preferably to medium and large sized businesses.
  • You must have demonstrated the ability to sell based on value.
  • The successful candidate will have experience self-generating leads to supplement the company generated leads provided.
  • You must be self-motivated as well as thrive being part of a high energy, goal oriented team.
  • The appropriate candidate will enjoy working in a base salary plus commission environment and must have previously earned $60,000 to $110,000 annually but desire to make significantly more.
  • Successful sales experience of at least two years is required.
  • The perfect candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where his/her individual contribution has a significant impact on the growth of the company.
